Terms and Conditions – KS&V Solutions

1. Introduction

By engaging with KS&V Solutions for any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our services, including but not limited to data research, analysis, payroll management, and compliance services.

2. Service Scope

KS&V Solutions will provide professional services as agreed in the proposal or scope document. Any changes to the scope must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for service execution.

  • Cooperate with KS&V staff as needed for project success.

  • Ensure all approvals, documents, and payments are delivered as scheduled.

4. Confidentiality

All client data and business information shared with KS&V Solutions will be treated as strictly confidential. We commit to data privacy, secure handling, and non-disclosure unless legally required.

5. Data Security & Compliance

KS&V Solutions complies with relevant data protection laws, including GDPR (as applicable), for all research, data handling, and processing activities.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms and milestones will be agreed upon in advance.

  • Delays in payment may result in project suspension or late fees.

  • All invoices are payable within [15/30] days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.

7. Ownership of Deliverables

All final reports, datasets, or deliverables provided to the client remain the intellectual property of KS&V Solutions until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client, excluding proprietary tools or templates used.

8. Use of Deliverables

The client may use deliverables internally or for intended business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public disclosure without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if:

  • A breach of contract occurs and is not resolved within 10 working days.

  • The project is suspended for more than 30 days without mutual agreement.

In case of termination, the client will be invoiced for completed work.

10. Limitation of Liability

KS&V Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law
